Outsourcing can be a great way to help manage your time and maximize your productivity.

As a Coach, you are always on the go, and trying to juggle all of your tasks can be hard. That’s why outsourcing is a great way to get some help while still maintaining control over your business. In this blog post, we will give you some tips on how to prioritize what tasks need to be outsourced in order for you to still have time for everything else.

It is important to remember that you can’t do everything yourself. You will need to delegate some of your tasks in order to focus on the most important things.

The first step is to make a list of all of the tasks that you currently do and then figure out which ones can be outsourced, which ones need to be outsourced, and which tasks are best left up to you.

A great way of figuring out what needs to be done by your VA/OBM is making a list of daily or weekly tasks that will help you grow your business. Once you have this list, it will be easier to delegate tasks that don’t fall in line with your business goals.

Remember, the goal is to free up your time so that you can focus on what’s important – coaching!

Once you have made this list, it’s time for the next step!

Now that you have a list of things to outsource, it is important to find the right VA/OBM for your business. When looking for someone to delegate your tasks to, make sure that they have the skills and experience necessary to complete them.

For example, if one of your tasks is to write blog posts for your business or website, make sure that the VA/OBM you choose can do this. If they don’t have experience writing articles in English (your language), then find someone who does!

Once you have found the perfect VA/OBM for your business, it is time to start delegating! 

Start with the tasks that are less important or that can be completed without much supervision. As you get more comfortable working with this person, you can delegate more complex tasks.

Remember to have a schedule for how often you will check in with your VA/OBM so that you can collaborate and strategize on moving your business forward.

One thing that is important to note, a VA/OMB is not an employee, they are a partner for your business growth. Their goal is to help you scale and part of their business model is wanting YOU to succeed.

Outsourcing can be a great way to help your business grow, but it is important to make sure that you delegate the right tasks to the right person. By following these tips, you will be able to focus on what’s most important and outsource the rest!
